Key Focus of Study
Our project is a platform that addresses the effects, questions and solutions regarding the relations between the COVID19 epidemic and food systems. It aims at - at short term, gathering and disseminating facts, data and know-how about the reactions to the crisis - at medium-long term, raise, formalise and engage participatory research-action processes on the identified topics. Our team gathers academic researchers, associations working on food systems, locals associations, and social economy enterprises.
